Seeking the Perfect Pub: Help Needed to Identify a Charmingly Elegant Establishment

I recently embarked on a drive from Reading and took a scenic route through Spencer’s Wood and Shinfield before heading south on the M3. During my journey, I caught sight of a lovely pub or restaurant that has since sparked my curiosity. Unfortunately, my memory of the exact location and name has escaped me, and I’m reaching out for your assistance.

What I do recall is that this establishment appeared quite sophisticated and was situated along a main road, prominently positioned to my right as I continued toward the M3. As I drove past, I couldn’t help but notice how it overlooked expansive open fields, enhancing its picturesque charm.

Upon entering the parking area (located on the bottom right), the pub was on the left side. It featured a delightful garden space that greeted visitors as they arrived, radiating an inviting and upscale ambiance.
