Weekday Craft Classes or Social Groups Needed!

Hi everyone! I’m currently recovering from an illness and excited to get back into doing things. However, weekends aren’t the best for me, and I’m not a fan of going solo.

Does anyone know of any craft classes or groups that meet during the daytime on weekdays?

Just to add a bit about me, I’m a childfree woman in my early forties and lean towards left-wing views, if that matters. Thanks in advance for any suggestions! 😂

  1. It’s great to hear that you’re feeling better and ready to get back into activities! There are often local community centers, art studios, or libraries that host weekday craft classes. Websites like Meetup or Eventbrite can also be helpful to find groups that gather during the week.

You might want to look into options like knitting or painting classes, pottery workshops, or even something like sewing or scrapbooking, depending on your interests. Many cities also have social groups that focus on crafts and provide a friendly atmosphere to connect with others.

If you’re okay with virtual options, there are plenty of online classes as well, which can help you meet people while crafting from the comfort of your home. Check local Facebook groups or community boards too. Best of luck, and I hope you find a fun group to join!
