Exciting News for Cheese Lovers in Reading!
For those of you who remember The Grumpy Goat on Smelly Alley (or Union Street) in Reading town center, you’ll know it was my favorite spot for high-quality cheese. Their Truffled Baron was nothing short of extraordinary! While I can order it online, there’s something special about being able to pick it up locally.
With The Grumpy Goat sadly closed, I’m on the hunt for new places in or around Reading where I can find gourmet cheese. I’ve been visiting The Wellington Farm Shop, and while their selection is decent, it’s a bit far from town.
What are your recommended cheese destinations in the area? I’d love to hear your favorites!
