Hello! I’m moving to Reading from India to work at the hospital and I’m searching for an apartment near the town center. What are your thoughts on the Ebb and Flow apartments? I’ve come across mixed reviews and I’m curious if they’re worth renting. Additionally, how do Palmer Street and Southampton Street compare?
