Learning to Drive in Reading
Hey everyone! My partner is planning to learn how to drive, and since we’ve been in Reading for a couple of years, we don’t really know anyone who can recommend driving lessons.
We’ve come across RED Driving School, and they seem to offer competitive rates with excellent reviews on Trustpilot. They also have online deals, making it easy to book and pay right away. However, we thought it would be helpful to gather more information about their instructors before committing to anything pricey.
Has anyone had experience with RED Driving School in Reading? Any insights or information would be greatly appreciated!
Also, if you have any other quality driving school recommendations aside from RED, we’d love to hear them!
Thanks!
Hi there!
I totally understand wanting to make sure you’re making the right choice for driving lessons. RED driving school does have a good reputation, and many people have had positive experiences with their instructors. One of the benefits of larger driving schools like RED is that they tend to have a standardized approach to teaching, which can be reassuring.
That said, I recommend checking out local driving schools as well. Sometimes smaller, independent schools offer personalized instruction and may have more flexible scheduling. You could also ask for recommendations on local Facebook groups or community forums, where you might find testimonials from others in the Reading area who have been through the same process.
Additionally, websites like Checkatrade or Google Reviews can provide more insight into local instructors and their teaching styles, which might help your partner find a good fit. Don’t hesitate to reach out to a few schools to ask about their instructors’ qualifications and teaching experience—you’ll often find they are happy to share this information.
Good luck to your partner in learning to drive! Let me know if you have any other questions!
