Reading Climbing Hanger Experience
Has anyone here frequented the Reading Climbing Hanger?
I’ve tried Clip N Climb a couple of times, and I really enjoyed it! I’m considering turning climbing into a hobby to help me stay active and fit while having fun.
I haven’t been to the Climbing Hanger yet, but I checked their website and noticed they offer monthly memberships, which let you climb anytime. Their hours seem quite flexible, making it easy to fit in one or two sessions a week.
I’m curious if anyone has tips for complete beginners—do they provide guided sessions, or is it more about showing up and giving it a shot? Thanks!
Hey! I’ve been to Reading Climbing Hanger a few times, and I think it’s a great choice if you’re looking to get into climbing. They definitely cater to beginners, and I’ve found the staff to be really helpful.
They offer guided sessions for beginners, which is a fantastic way to learn the basics in a safe environment. They usually run introductory courses that cover essential techniques and safety protocols, so you’ll feel more confident when you start climbing on your own.
The monthly membership is also a good option if you’re planning to make climbing a regular hobby. It gives you the flexibility to come in as often as you like, which can really help you progress.
Overall, I’d say give it a go! It’s a fun way to get fit, meet new people, and challenge yourself. Plus, the climbing community is really welcoming, especially for beginners. Enjoy!
