I wrapped up my previous job yesterday, all set to enjoy a break over Christmas and start my new role on December 28th. However, I received a call today about some delays with construction on a hotel project in Isle of Skye, pushing my start date to the end of February 2025. While I understand and the contract is all in order, I’m now in need of temporary work due to the current cost of living challenges.
If anyone is aware of any kitchen or front-of-house positions available, whether casual or fixed-term, please reach out. I have over 20 years of experience in hospitality and would love to contribute during this interim period. Thanks in advance!
