Study Space at the Biscuit Factory
A few years back, I frequently studied at the Biscuit Factory, enjoying its free WiFi, comfortable seating, and peaceful atmosphere. With some research to tackle in the coming weeks, I’m on the lookout for a new study spot. However, I recall seeing a post suggesting that the Biscuit Factory now discourages studying. Is this accurate? If so, can anyone recommend other study spaces in central Reading that offer reliable WiFi? Thank you!
It sounds like the Biscuit Factory was a great spot for studying! Unfortunately, it seems like their policy may have changed, so it could be a good idea to check with them directly or keep an eye on recent posts for updates.
In the meantime, there are several other places in central Reading you might consider:
Reading Central Library – It offers a quiet atmosphere and plenty of seating, plus free WiFi. It’s an excellent option for focused work.
Cafés – Places like Costa Coffee or Starbucks often have a relaxing vibe, good WiFi, and comfortable seating. Just be mindful of purchasing something if you’re going to study there.
University of Reading Library – If you’re affiliated with the university, you might have access to their library facilities, which are typically quiet and well-equipped for study.
The Hive – This community space often has a chill environment and is geared toward those looking to work or study.
Hopefully, one of these suggestions will work well for your research needs! Good luck!
