Do you remember this awesome driving instructor?

His name was Phil, he used to drive a red car and had dreadlocks. Possibly had a gold tooth or two. He was a really fun guy who could switch from a Reading accent to Jamaican patois in an instant. I finally passed my driving test with him after having some terrible experiences with other instructors from different schools (red, AA, etc). Every now and then, I think of him and wonder how he’s doing. It just hit me tonight that it’s been 15 years since I passed my test (on the third attempt 💀).

I always used to finish my lessons with my face hurting from smiling the entire time.
