Buskers on Broad Street
Does Reading Borough Council have a vetting process for buskers, or can anyone obtain a permit? I believe there should be some form of audition process to protect us from the unpleasant experiences I just had. Honestly, even the stray cats in the alley sounded better than the rendition of Ed Sheeran’s “Thinking Out Loud” I had to endure.
