Broad Street Buskers
Does Reading Borough Council have a vetting process for buskers, or is it possible for anyone to obtain a permit? I believe there should be some kind of audition process to prevent the auditory assault I just endured. Honestly, even the stray cats in the alley sound more enjoyable than that rendition of Ed Sheeran’s “Thinking Out Loud”!
