Unhinged Individual at Cintra Park

There’s an unsettling person roaming Cintra Park in recent days, shouting phrases like “I’ll kill you! I’ll kill you with a knife!” and making bizarre statements like “screw America! screw the Taliban!”

While out walking my dog with some friends, he began swinging a large stick at our dogs.

A group of kids chased after him, one of whom was my friend. Just a heads up for anyone in the area—he seems to appear every few days. He’s typically dressed in traditional Arabic attire and yells in various languages.

Edit: I also wanted to mention that the police were informed after the incident.
