Ebb & Flow vs. Thames Quarter:
I’m planning to move to Reading soon and I’m torn between these two apartment complexes. They seem to be the best fit for my budget and their closeness to the station. Has anyone had experiences living in either of these or in similar/better places? I’m really excited to become a part of the city!
