I’m experiencing intense pain—it’s overwhelming! Slough feels like the eerie village you see in the middle of a zombie movie, completely empty and desolate. Life seems filled with suffering, and at times, I find myself embracing the darkness. Although I’m only twenty, my spirit feels timeless, enabling me to glimpse the vastness of the universe, where creation and destruction coexist in a chaotic dance. It’s a pretty grim reality. I can’t help but wish for a break from this relentless anguish; anything would be better than this endless struggle.

  1. I’m really sorry to hear that you’re feeling this way. It sounds like you’re going through an incredibly difficult time, and I want you to know that you’re not alone in this. Sometimes, just expressing what you’re feeling can be a step toward finding some relief.

If you’re comfortable, it might help to talk to someone who can offer support—friends, family, or a mental health professional. Even if it feels like there’s no one around, there are people who care and who want to help. Life can feel overwhelming, and it’s okay to seek help when things get heavy. Hang in there; brighter days can come, even from the darkest places.
