Loddon Garden Village: Share Your Thoughts on an Exciting New Community in Wokingham!
The University of Reading, along with its partners, is inviting community feedback on plans for the Loddon Garden Village—an innovative development nestled between Shinfield, Arborfield, and Sindlesham.
Key features of the proposal include:
🌳 A spacious 200-hectare country park (larger than Dinton Pastures!)
🏫 New educational facilities and skills hubs
🚀 Opportunities for businesses, jobs, and innovation
🚲 Eco-friendly homes and enhanced transport links
Working together, the University of Reading, Hatch Farm Land Ltd, and Gleeson Land are keen to gather local insights to help shape the future of this area south of the M4 motorway.
Join us for public consultation events on March 22, 28, and 29. If you’re passionate about the future of our community, we want to hear from you!
