Loddon Garden Village: Share Your Thoughts on a New Community Development in Wokingham!
The University of Reading and its partners are inviting feedback on their exciting plans for Loddon Garden Village, a thoughtfully designed community set to be located between Shinfield, Arborfield, and Sindlesham.
The proposals feature:
A sprawling 200-hectare country park (even larger than Dinton Pastures!)
New educational institutions and skills training hubs
Dedicated spaces for businesses, job opportunities, and innovation
Sustainable housing solutions and enhanced transport connections
The University of Reading, along with Hatch Farm Land Ltd and Gleeson Land, is reaching out to the community to gather insights and ideas as they refine the vision for this area, situated south of the M4 motorway.
Join us for public consultation events on March 22, 28, and 29. If you’re invested in the future of our community, we want to hear from you!
