I’m specifically looking for a tall black male, approximately 6’3″, albino, and wearing glasses. He appears to be in his early to mid-20s. On the day I spotted him, he was accompanied by a girl, and I believe his last name is Carter. They were last seen around the Farmhan area, near Superdrug. I’m hoping to find his Instagram or another way to reach out to him.
