Exciting Changes at Nirvana Spa
Nirvana Spa is discontinuing their points system in conjunction with their hotel opening, shifting their focus more towards hotel and spa experiences instead of catering to the local community.
After two decades of membership, I’m sad to say I may need to cancel my membership, as I can’t commit to visiting every month.
It’s definitely tough to see a long-standing loyalty program go, especially one you’ve been a part of for so long. The shift towards a hotel and spa focus makes sense from a business standpoint, but it can feel disappointing for local customers. If you have the chance, it might be worth reaching out to them to share your feedback; sometimes businesses take customer input seriously! In the meantime, I hope you find a new spa or wellness option that suits your needs just as well.
