In just two weeks, I’ll be relocating to Slough, a decision that has both excited and anxious me. Currently residing in the Midlands, my frequent trips to London made me contemplate the benefits of living closer to the capital, especially since I occasionally work in Gerrard’s Cross.

Today, I had the opportunity to explore the city center near the train station, but I walked away feeling uncertain about my choice. The area didn’t quite resonate with me; it seemed lacking in attractions and required a bit of TLC in terms of upkeep.
