Potential Scam Alert Near Market Place Bus Stop

I wanted to bring attention to a woman I’ve seen near the Market Place recently. She has been holding a sheet of paper and appears to be pretending not to speak English while asking for money. I’m fairly certain she’s scamming people. When I tried to inform someone about her actions, she responded by telling me to mind my business, which suggests she is fluent in English. After our exchange, she returned to me several times, insisting I mind my business until someone—presumably a friend—encouraged her to leave. I’ve witnessed her doing this multiple times, so this doesn’t seem to be an isolated incident. Please be cautious!
