Subject: Help Needed: Temporary Suspension of Reading Bus Account

Hi everyone,

As mentioned in the title, my Reading Bus account has been temporarily suspended. I’ve already reached out via email, but I’m not getting any response, and I’m unable to get through to the helpline. I really need to use my ticket in a few hours. Does anyone know how long it usually takes to have the account restored?
