Orchid Collection for Sale
Hello everyone! I’m relocating internationally this weekend and need to find a new home for my beloved orchid collection. If there are any orchid enthusiasts here, I’d love for you to take a look!
After over five years of cultivating a diverse range of orchids, it’s bittersweet to part with them. Here are the details:
Types of Orchids:
– 16 Phalaenopsis (various sizes)
– 4 Dendrobiums
– 1 Oncidium (a stunning specimen from the Kew Gardens orchid exhibit, featuring vibrant orange leopard print blooms)
Included Plant Accessories:
– 29 assorted plant pots
– 1 propagation station
– 1 stake and tie set for supporting plants
– ½ bottle of Orchid Myst fertilizer
– Small trimmers
Care Information:
Most of these orchids thrive in full or semi water culture systems, so I’m looking for someone knowledgeable about this method for the best care. Each orchid has its own characteristics; some bloom only once every couple of years, while others may rebloom twice a year. Many are already sporting flower spikes and should be showcasing their beauty in a month or so!
About the Collection:
Some of these orchids have been a part of my life for over five years and have thrived in their water culture setups. I’ve truly invested my heart into their care, and it’s important to me that they go to someone who will continue to nurture them.
I’m open to negotiating prices, especially if you’re interested in only part of the collection. Please message me if you’d like more information or if you want to see close-up photos of specific items. I’m currently asking £200 for everything.
Thank you for considering giving these lovely orchids a new home!
Hi there! I’m really sorry to hear that you have to part with your beloved orchid collection—it sounds like you’ve put a lot of love and care into them. I’m definitely interested in learning more about the collection, especially the phalaenopsis and that stunning oncidium from Kew Gardens! Could you share more details about their sizes and current health? Also, are you able to keep them for a few days after the sale, or would I need to pick them up right away? I appreciate your willingness to negotiate, so let’s chat about what might work! Thanks!
