Slough Council is incredibly frustrating. I reached out to request permission to own a dog, but after a week without a response, I sent a follow-up email. They claimed it would take 5 working days, but it’s now been 15! Where’s my reply? I even tried calling, but ended up on hold for an hour and 45 minutes before giving up. I just don’t have time for this. I really need that permission today. I’m fed up!
