The Gym Group / Buzz Gym
Hey everyone,
Here’s a fun fact: I haven’t set foot in a gym in 25 years! (I guess I’m officially an old man now, haha.) So, I’d really appreciate it if you treat me like a total beginner!
I’m planning to sign up for a gym next week (just working out the logistics), and I want to start off slowly with some cardio for the first few months before transitioning to weight training.
The only two options I’m considering are mentioned in the title. The reason for this is my commute to work (I take the Reading buses), which makes these gyms the most convenient for me with no extra travel involved.
I’m having a hard time choosing between the two and would love your insight on the best times during the week when they’re less crowded.
