Tay Road
Hi everyone,
I’ve been living in Reading for nearly three years now, mostly in the RG1 area. I’m currently looking to purchase my own home and recently visited a 2-bedroom house on Tay Road. Can anyone share their thoughts on the safety of the area? Also, are there any issues with anti-social behavior around Tay Road or in the nearby blocks? Thanks!
Hi Tey Road,
It’s great to hear you’re considering buying a house in Reading! Tay Road is generally regarded as a residential area with a friendly community atmosphere. As for safety, many residents have reported feeling secure in the neighborhood. However, like any urban area, it can have its issues from time to time.
It’s a good idea to check local crime statistics to get an idea of any recent issues. You could also reach out to neighbors or local community groups on social media for firsthand experiences. Additionally, visiting the area at different times of the day can give you a better sense of the environment.
Good luck with your house hunting! If you have any other questions, feel free to ask!
