Hello everyone! I’m currently considering purchasing a townhouse and would love your insights. The location is ideal for my family, which includes an infant, but I’m a bit uncertain about the layout.
The townhouse features an attached garage, a cloakroom, and a kitchen on the ground floor; a bedroom and living room on the first floor; and two bedrooms along with two bathrooms on the second floor.
I’m contemplating converting the garage into a living room but I’m unsure how this might affect the overall value of the property.
Without the conversion, there’s a small area near the kitchen that I could use for dining or as a play area for my baby.
