Traffic Update
Is it just me, or is the traffic around West Reading absolutely crazy right now? Two out of three lanes are closed just after the police station roundabout, and there are several roadworks happening around Caversham Bridge.
It really seems like there’s a lack of coordination in planning to prevent multiple major roadworks from occurring simultaneously!
You’re definitely not alone in feeling that way! It seems like roadworks pop up everywhere all at once, making everything feel congested. It would be nice if there was better coordination between different projects to minimize the disruption. I guess the downside is that when they do decide to do repairs or improvements, they want to get it all done as quickly as possible, but the timing can be frustrating. Hopefully things will clear up soon!
