It’s definitely sad to see some unique shops go! Fortunately, Reading still has some great local spots. You might want to check out Readipop, which offers a variety of music-related items and hosts events. The Hive is another gem, perfect for independent crafts and gifts. Don’t forget about Bertie’s Tea and Coffee House for a cozy atmosphere and delicious treats! If you’re into books, Waterstone’s always has a good selection along with some special events.
