Seeking Recommendations for Dry Hire Wedding Venue
Hi everyone! I’m in search of a wedding venue that can comfortably seat at least 220-250 guests.
I’ve reached out to a few places, such as the town hall, but finding a dry hire option without being tied to their in-house catering has proven to be quite challenging.
I’m envisioning a layout similar to this: Link to Video.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
Hi there!
Finding a dry hire wedding venue can be a bit tricky, but there are definitely some great options out there! Here are a few suggestions to consider:
Community Halls: Many community halls or local sports club facilities offer dry hire options. They usually have large spaces and can accommodate your guest count easily.
Barns or Farms: Rustic barns or farm venues often allow for dry hire, giving you the flexibility to bring in your own catering and decor. They can create a beautiful atmosphere for a wedding!
Art Galleries or Museums: Some art galleries or smaller museums provide space for events and might have dry hire options. These venues often have a unique vibe and can accommodate large groups.
Industrial Spaces: Look for converted warehouses or industrial spaces. These typically have an open layout that can be customized for your needs.
Private Estates: Some private estates or outdoor venues offer dry hire options. This could give you a stunning backdrop for your wedding while allowing for outside catering.
Make sure to ask about their policies regarding catering and any additional services you might need. Good luck with your search, and I hope you find the perfect venue for your special day!
