Seeking Insights About Tilehurst (Rannoch Street & Arbroath Road)
Hello everyone,
I hope these discussions haven’t become tiresome, but I’ve been searching for a property for a month now and I’m finding it quite challenging. I’ve looked into Caversham, Woodley, and Earley without any luck so far. In contrast, there seems to be a larger selection of properties in west Reading, but I’m unsure about the safety and overall vibe of that area.
I’ve come across a couple of properties on Rannoch Street and Arbroath Road. Can anyone share their thoughts on whether that area is considered rough? I know Dee Road has a questionable reputation, but I’m uncertain about how far I should stay away from it.
I understand that the northwest part of Tilehurst is generally preferable, but unfortunately, there aren’t any options available there right now.
In summary, I’m looking for feedback on the neighborhood around Rannoch Street and Arbroath Road. Thank you!
