Zen Users Experiencing CityFibre Outage This Morning
Good morning, everyone.
I noticed that my fibre broadband connection has been down since just after midnight. I’m a Zen customer on a CityFibre network. Their service status page indicates that there was planned maintenance in the 01189 area from 00:00 to 06:00 last night, but my connection still hasn’t resumed. Now, it shows a fault instead of maintenance, with an estimated fix time of 08:00.
Is anyone else on Zen experiencing similar issues? What about those using other ISPs on CityFibre?

Morning! I’m in the same boat with my Zen connection on CityFibre. I also noticed the planned maintenance update and was hopeful it would be back up by now. It’s frustrating to see the status change to a fault instead. Thanks for sharing the update time; I’ll keep an eye out for it. Hopefully, we’ll be back online soon! Anyone else experiencing this, or do you know if it’s isolated to certain areas?
